Screened before it is remembered
A local detector, then Google Sensitive Data Protection (DLP) where configured, in French and English, including Canadian SIN, passport and driver's licence numbers.
Encrypted at rest
Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3, with key rotation managed by the provider. Cards, contacts, calls, messages and documents are also encrypted field by field, with keys in a vault the app's own login cannot reach.
Scoped to your organization
Row-level security filters every read and write. No query reaches another organization's data.
Private recordings and files
Call recordings, MMS media and business card images sit in private storage, opened only through links scoped to your organization.
Auditable, without the details
The activity log records who did what and when, by reference only. No client name, phone or free text goes into it.

If an incident ever affects personal information, affected clients are notified within 72 hours. Privacy questions get an answer within 4 business hours.

How do I stay in control of the AI?
Each capability has its own switch, checked on the server where the action happens. An emergency stop can pause the AI entirely or lock down everything leaving your organization. The activity log records whether you or the AI did each action.
Does the AI see my clients' personal information?
Client names, emails, phone numbers, companies and addresses are replaced by tokens before text reaches the AI and restored only in the answer. Content is screened for sensitive data before it is remembered, and stored data is encrypted field by field.
Where is my data hosted?
In the ca-central-1 region in Montreal. Your database, files and backups stay in Canada, encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. The only exception: calls answered by the AI receptionist are processed by our voice provider outside Canada.
