We retain your personal information as long as your account is active and as needed to deliver the platform. On account closure, we delete or anonymize the data within the timeframes set by Law 25 and our internal policies.

You have the right to access your personal information, request its rectification, request its deletion, and withdraw consent at any time, consistent with Law 25 and PIPEDA.
