Is the price per user?
Yes. Reach Central AI is $69.99 per user per month, all included. Will AI Reception is $99.99 a month for your organization, and each AI expert is $39.99 a month.
Who is Will?
Will is your AI admin. Will plans your day, writes your briefs, chairs your AI department meetings and proposes next steps you confirm. Will is included in every plan.
What are in-app purchases?
Add-ons that owners and admins buy from inside the app: Will AI Reception at $99.99 a month and AI experts at $39.99 a month each.
How many prospects does AI prospecting find?
Every plan includes 5 AI prospects a day. If you need more, buy extra leads right in the app.
How are AI experts billed?
Each AI expert is $39.99 a month, added to your plan and billed pro rata from the day you hire. Releasing an expert stops the charge.
Are there setup fees?
Yes. Setup fees apply. They depend on your phone numbers, integrations and onboarding, and are quoted during your demo.
Where is my data hosted?
In the ca-central-1 region in Montreal, encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Only calls answered by the AI receptionist are processed by our voice provider outside Canada.
