Reach Central may use anonymized interaction data to improve model performance and accuracy. Training data is separated from customer identifiers and is not used to profile individual customers.
Customers can opt out of AI training by emailing privacy@reach-central.ai. Opt-outs are confirmed within 5 business days and applied to future data processing.
